At Eisgrub-Brau Mainz Germany.
Ordered a black beer and a schweinshaxe mit sauerkraut und holzofenbrot.
The crackling is superb, the meat deep inside and close to the bone is moist and tender. The outer meat is a bit dry. The bread came with what I thought was butter but turned out to be mustard. Overall the meal was delicious and enough to have fed 2. If I had one complaint it's that they wouldn't let me sit at a table on my own, had to sit at the bar.
