I did pork belly in the slow cooker for Udon noodle soup. Miss just had the meat and noodles without the liquid and loved it.Forgot to take pics but yesterday was 9hr slow cooked beef short ribs in a hickory brown sugar sauce with cauliflower mash. It was a winner!
Today is slow cooker pea & ham soup.
