Combination of valuation increase and per unit increase?

Our rates in Surf Coast in Vic actually decreased this year as property prices came off the boil after the covid induced boom (with a bit of a lag) council valuations decreased after a few hefty increases.

Yes, correct, 1985 if my memory serves me correctly, we were on our way to Moscow to get the Trans Mongolian train, good times.....

The Palace of the People was knocked down, allegedly full of asbestos, I think the west wanted it gone regardless.

Yes. When we were in KL during CNY, I was lucky to find some really good Wine shops during the holiday which meant many shops closed. Penfolds seem to be a dominant brand there, so I got some non Penfold brands.

Malaysians are still into wine.

They are not royals anymore...yeah I know one thinks she is the Queen, but she aint. I expect some charity, one of theirs perhaps, is paying for the visit. The carbon emmitted from the private Gulfstream jet will be offset by buying a few trees to plant. Maybe Elton John is helping out here: he has before.
