What cheeses me off

The S Digital Dental Clinic (Invisalign and Implant Centers) คลินิกทันตกรรม ดิเอส สาทร (Suanplu 8 Sathorn)

Not to be confused with the S Dental Clinic Bangkok! Which is a different place!

For S Digital Dental, it says you can book online, but it’s never worked for me, and they don’t have a website. You can contact them on facebook to make an appointment.

The price of their implants are pretty much the same as Australia. They use the same german i plants, so there’s not really that much cost saving by the time you add in the airfares and accommodation. So if you need that done, better to have it here in Oz.

Where they really come in cheap if for the pre- and subsequent work, things like making the crowns or bridges. Or fillings etc.
And even better (back in the day), it was only a short walk from the Citibank ATM! ;)

WCMO 1A and 1B putting carry-on sideways instead of wheels to back in overhead bin, then whinging when 2A rotated them to place his bag. Bins were plenty deep enough for wheels to go to back, selfish not to put bags in the way that utilises thr least space.

Hotel rooms where the fridge or mini bar door opens/swings the incorrect side for it's placement. I wouldn't put up with this at home, I would pick the fridge where the door swings to the correct side for the room. Its just laziness from hotel management

Bleedin' windows very, very much cheeses me off. I had a strange problem where windog 11 was changing my hard drives that were over 2tb to mbr, meaning I couldn't see the rest of the 8tb drive.
Tried various recovery programmes, got a lot of the data back, mainly photos, but out of sync.

Various other issues means I am now reinstalling the bleedin' windows. I had a back up which I could access from my old pc. However I had to buy another licence from aomei as their backup/recovery programme said I had installed it too many times. Created USB recovery stick, For some reason it will not load, I've tried both ms's recovery setup and aomei.

Probably time I cleaned out some junk, it was starting to get very sluggish anyway, not how I wanted to spend all this time though.

I do have backups of my photos somewhere, just have to find them.... :)

Nearly there, it was easier than I thought it was going to be. The USB stick did load recovery options after Imsaid to install new windows and not repair it.

So it has copied lot's of stuff across from the backup I had taken, now just waiting for the update downloads to install.

Could be the Drive.
Do you have a spare drive with windows?

Yes, did that, after a bit more reading, I'm beginning to suspect a motherboard issue. I'll revert to my old system tomorrow. It's an MSI B850-P wifi, there have been issues, I get a "warning" on start up, then a yellow light, followed by a green light.

Strange issues like that can also be RAM. Can you create a USB boot drive with memtest86 and run that?
