What cheeses me off

They're suggesting that you don't just top it, but have some sort of wood chopping action that drives the ball into the turf if you hit it flush on the face 🤣 😭🤣😭
I don't really understand what they are suggesting. We're not talking about using the driver for 12 months, 18 months or more. Driver damaged in first week of use.

Pay and display car parks. I have no idea how long I’m going to be there because you never know whether your appointment is going run over or not. And you can only pay an hour increments not 15 minutes.
Oh! All the ones I use here usually let you pay at exit. Although, come to think of it, some of the smaller ones tend to be pay for X hours up front.

I'm guessing this bathroom use to be a shower of death over tub. They've since created a dedicated shower in the other corner and left original tapware placement high on the wall so while soaking in his sage and kelp infused bath salted tub, Mr Denali has to summon me to turn off the water once optimum water level has been reached as its too high to access

interesting I've found lots in the UK and the one I want to use in Truro is PAD - the one in Wells I could pay for by phone and extend on the app if I wanted to - that's ideal

This is clearly a defective driver and they have zero proof this was user error.

And you have zero proof that this is a manufacturing defect, just damage cause unknown. Without an independent report from a specialist your rowing up a river against the current.

Let's just say that I did top the ball, I play golf with golfers who top the ball at least once a round. These people will not get much use from the golf club.

I'm stunned that a company the size of Dunlop Srixon would reject a damaged golf club claim for a club used less than 4 rounds. Absolute garbage.
Have you tried checking on line to see if there are any other similar reports?

I was surprised once after a run-in at a service station (overseas) to google it and find dozens of similar complaints to mine. I linked the reviews (complaints) as part of my email to HQ.

Hairline crack followed by driver face collapsing is proof enough. Less than 4 rounds of golf. What Dunlop are suggesting may occur after months or years of use. After less than 1 week? Clearly a defect.

P.S. There is zero evidence that club has been misused. No marks. No wear and tear. Just a hairline crack.

Various reports online but not this same model. Almost everyone has had a positive outcome where club has been replaced.

Note that I did not ask for refund. Just a replacement. The driver cost me $425 so Golf World would have purchased from Dunlop Srixon cheaper than that. The shaft is perfectly fine and retails around $200 so all Dunlop Srixon had to do was provide a new driver head for a fraction of the cost.

Dunlop Srixon has had this warranty claim for 3+ weeks and appears they have scheduled a national meeting where National Sales manager was involved to reject a warranty claim for around $200. Wow.

I tried looking at their Facebook page but it's Thailand and looks to be production related releases only. Product review could be a good start but this is now an old model.

Awful customer service.
