I’ve read that SQ sales are doing really well, although no breakdown on fare classes.SQ are already selling. Anecdotally they seem to be struggling selling economy seats (to/from Australia) but charging handsomely up the front of the bus due to lack of confidence around 3 of its main competitors, which might cover some of the hefty fuel bill. My bet is that they will start as planned.
I talk to corporate account managers at the airlines on a fairly regular basis, and in my most recent discussion with SQ (about a week ago now), they didn't seem very optimistic about the demand for WSI vs SYD.
