This was request by Jet Star

Good luck to Simon and we all appreciate your input on here, better than none hey :)

Congratulations to Sgt. Peter Faithful* on your new role, and welcome aboard to Andrew Mathwin. We don't bite (often), and no doubt the community is looking forward to engaging with you.

* if you're not a fan of Australian drama and didn't get the reference, it is the name of Simon Westaway's lead character in the ABC police/legal drama, Janus (1995).

Welcome on board to JetstarNews (Andrew Mathwin)

This thread might be a good one to look at as an introduction:

Jetstar business MAX dispute - How do I "fax" them my video evidence???

I used to work with Simon at the now defunct Sizzler Maroubra Junction in Sydney. We were both studying at uni.

Either there is a mis-quote, or Mr Westaway hasen't left jetstar just yet. Every quote I've seen from JQ today has "Jetstar Spokesman Simon Westaway says....." in it.

He doesn't start at TA till late July, so could well still be at Jetstar.

Hi Liam,

Very astute! Yes Simon is still with Jetstar for another week.

Cheers,

Andrew

Now if only he could take Alan Joyce with him QF group might have a chance...
