Just spotted in today's travel news that Simon Westaway is off to Tourism Australia as General Manager Corporate Affairs and Strategy....timeframe late July

Looking forward to seeing if his replacement joins us on this forum!

I used to work with Simon at the now defunct Sizzler Maroubra Junction in Sydney. We were both studying at uni.
 
Either there is a mis-quote, or Mr Westaway hasen't left jetstar just yet. Every quote I've seen from JQ today has "Jetstar Spokesman Simon Westaway says....." in it.
 
He doesn't start at TA till late July, so could well still be at Jetstar.
