That university house is an annual fee ($100 min.)type of membership for staff and students.. not worth it .. might as well join the actual mailer .

My first year on the list and they did warn me I was unlikely to get anything for a while due to demand.

I only ordered 6 bottles and only 2 shiraz/ no cab sav, as didn’t want to come across as greedy. Wondering in retrospect if putting in a tiny order was likely to harm my chances of getting orders in the future?

Definitely not. In the past they may have been concerned by those that only purchased the items which have limits on them.

think of it this way. a mix case across the range are always the preferred way to order according to a lot of winemakers, not only you get to try all the wine, you are showing them the support by getting a bit of everything.

Thanks! Hopefully be in for a mixed case in my second year

I just came back from holiday last week and got the order form in the mail. Notice there's a red cayon on the form. What does it mean?

Like you it's my first year on the list and I ordered a cross-section of 6 wines. I sent my order form back quickly but card has yet to be charged so clearly we're down the priority list! There's always next year...
