I have had a look at the weather for next weekend and at this stage the temperature range is about 15-20C. I think I will pack a jacket.

I have asked the restaurant about payment and they confessed that the group booking makes it difficult for individual payments. :shock: I don't understand either.

So please be prepared to pay cash* in case we can't convince them on the night. If you don't want to buy NZD 'on spec' then bring AUD~ and I am sure blackcat20 or I will be happy to relieve you of it.

I have asked for clarification, just in case they didn't understand what I was asking for.

*I apologise for using that word on AFF

~NZD105/160 is a bit less than AUD100/150 at the moment respectively.

Ok folks, final numbers have been confirmed with the restaurant. As we are ten, we have the private function room. The restaurant has a minimum spend in that room (and I have paid a deposit) so if you are unable to make it I expect a really, really, really good Christmas present.

But it is not all doom and gloom. Blackcat20 and I have arranged a glass of bubbles on arrival. Just to set the mood!

Dinner is at 6.30 for a 7pm start, so get packing, fill out that departure card, scrounge for an express pass and start getting excited!
