Wellington Dinner March 19 2016

Dinner was nice, good group size not too big or small.
I may have been out late last night and I am feeling it this morning.

Check Facebook for some photos.
 
Just not a facebook fan though. So no pix for me either. Unfortunately my extended family watch my feed on facebook when I do post so I tend not to use it so much. Wish facebook would restrict friendships so that people cant tap into things I post on other pages.

I don't have facebook access either. Is the AFF facebook page a public page? I only use Facebook one hour a week to check Flybuys and Everyday Rewards which are viewable by anyone most of the time. I'd love to see the photos her as well from the dinner.

Is there a security restriction you can change to limit what "friends" see?
 
What moderator didnt book a ticket to fly home, currently cheapest fare is EK so no SC.
 
From other social media (and some text messages) it looked like a good event.

Facebook is really pretty easy to set up so that you separate your regular posts to close friends and family from your hobby/ AFF type stuff.
You can group your friends into what you want them to see and restrict your posts to particular groups of friends.
Regarding Pages/ Facebook groups. AFF has a public Facebook page. The majority of the Facebook activity takes place on a couple of groups (there may be more that I'm not aware of). These groups are "closed". This means that posts you put on them are only visible to other members of the group not your friends and family.

I think the Facebook page referred to is the High Flyer Community, I believe this is a Closed Group, so you have to be.a member to view it
