For 25 years, Australian Frequent Flyer (AFF) has been Australia’s leading online community of frequent flyers. Seven years ago, we expanded our horizon with the introduction of Frequent Flyer Solutions (FFS), providing premium services and expert training to complement the AFF community.

Today, we are delighted to announce that we’re bringing FFS into the AFF family.

Why are we doing this?
This merger is a response to member requests for a unified platform. It brings together the best of both worlds, combining the strengths of AFF's extensive community with FFS's specialised services.

How does this impact you?
The integration means upgraded value for all members. Whether you are currently a part of AFF or FFS - or both - you will soon have access to a broader range of benefits, all under one roof, at no additional cost. Enjoy the simplicity of managing one account packed with all the perks you're accustomed to and more.

Do you need to do anything?
Just sit back and continue to enjoy the journey with us. There's nothing you need to do now. We will take care of the transition details and will reach out to FFS members with specific instructions when the time comes.

The next steps in welcoming Frequent Flyer Solutions members into the AFF family

As you know, we're on an exciting journey to bring more value to our community. Here's what you can look forward to in the coming weeks:

• 23rd November: We are launching updated AFF memberships, including frequent flyer courses, webinars, more discounts and a new platinum membership tier.
• 27th November: We warmly welcome the first 1,000 FFS members into our fold.
• 6th December: Mark your calendars for the launch of our very first AFF Webinar. The topic: "Earning Qantas Points". Registration kicks off on the 24th of November.
• 18th December: As we continue to grow, we invite the last batch of 1,000 FFS members, completing our new integrated family.
