Vodafone 10,000 point bonus

How long ago did this change?
I have a friend who expounds how wonderful the 3 to Telstra linkup is.

Talk and messaging will certainly still roam to Telstra's 2G network when all else fails (i.e. no 3 or Voda signal)
 
Does anyone have a cache of the 2 pages with this offer?

I signed up in early December and was told over the phone that I would receive 10,000 bonus points as I was setting up direct debit with Amex.

Still no Amex MR bonus points but then my phone is still locked to Vodafone only, wrong charges have not been reversed, still haven't received 3 months free and 10% monthly discount has not yet been applied.

I refuse to deal with their Indian call centre. I think Vodafone will get another email and then I am going to ACCC.
 
I'm in the same boat as you.

Though I must say some of their people offshore are very nice and helpful.

Even with Optus I had to follow up every aspect of a deal. It is frustrating, the telcos really need to raise their game.

Thanks for replying so quickly. If anyone else has a cache or screen shot of those pages, please share as I'm sure a few ppl might have to follow up Amex honouring their offer.

These guys are the best to deal with Telco issues:

They will escalate the matter to the Customer Relations team within the Telco (which has always been in Australia in my experiences with 4 seperate Telco complaints).
 
I sort of knew this was gonna happen. So i printed the entire pages of the offer, the T&C, every order page online when i was signing up.

Not sure if that'll help, but if it's evidence you're looking for, it definitely exists. Happy to post it here but it's in black & white print not colour print. I'll be using that as my last resort. Patience hasn't run out yet will wait till April before i take any action.

I just need the all t&c's they had on those pages because Amex is trying to say all this other bs t&c's now.

I wonder, who here has received their 10,000 bonus points?

I called Amex around 3 weeks ago that I had not yet received my 10,000 bonus points and I was told that the bonus points will post 8-10 weeksk from first direct debit from Amex after signing up with Vodafone.

Pleased to announce that I have received my 10,000 bonus points this week as my first direct debit was around end of January 2011 although I signed up with Vodafone early December 2010.

A small sweetener for the issues I have been having with Vodafone.
