It's just a game. For this one Shiraz 2021 - GOAT Deal #60906 - Red Wine there were three Maverick wines with 97pt Sam Kim scores, a quick phone call to VM asking which one and they happily confirmed/complied.

It's fine. Pirramimma do make some good wines. Previous vintages have been under $15 and I'd happily pay that price. They seem to be trying to get away with increasing the price for this range.

Yes. Wine Collective does a similar thing where they often name the wine via the reviews. I think mystery wines where they give up the mystery have better traction. I think Dan Murphy’s has it wrong, providing very little clues!
