What did you say in your email? I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that this sale was free shipping. Did you buy anything else in either transaction? I noticed that the other listings didn't have shipping when added to cart

I just responded to ‘Boom the Vino is yours’ with:

‘Thank you! Almost feel like I won the lottery ;)

Wasn’t it supposed to be free shipping during WTF ? See below, I was charged for shipping.

Thank you.’

And I got refunded + an email to apologise for the mistake pretty quickly.

Vinomofo may be full of bullshit sometimes with the wines descriptions and rrp (especially international ones) but they have always had a great customer service which make me always feel very confident to buy from them.

I agree - requires sound due diligence to cut through the puffery, but they have been fantastic when I’ve got it wrong a handful of times!

Ordered Glen Eldon on October 13th and apparently is on its way as of this morning.

From a delivery point of view

It's only pending in the tracking system of Aus Post however. From previous experiences that could mean 2-3 working days before it even gets to the couriers. Living in Perth can then add an extra week or more.

Compare this to Cellar door who received my order on 19th Oct and it was delivered on 24th Oct.
