And apparently "...for the last time ever", I've not bought any of the Amelia Park gear before but I know there are plenty of peeps on here who have bought up big previously, I've just sent back the Turners Crossing from a previous BM deal and had the Paxton MV Shiraz sent out as a refund but neither have matched my expectations. They're not 'bad' wines per se just a bit less inspiring/intense than I was expecting, is the Amelia worth taking the plunge?

I agree about the Turners Crossing, mine is on its way back .I personally enjoy the Amelia over it .However not buying this round as we have had a couple of dozen of it and I think that is enough :)

I got both the Turners and Amelia. I was put off by the first glass of Turner's, but it's now growing on me. The Amelia is better, younger, more fruit to me.

I am also sending the Turners back. It did not improve with air time or food. Very disappointing and the bottles are lacking any label. Thought vino did not sell cleanskins?

Mine have labels. There appear to be two different labels in the wild. Mine are the wavy ones. Winemaker is Sergio Carlei.

I may be wrong but didn't the mof_s state that there was labelleing issues?
This is part of the reason why they offer many of their wines at a cheaper a price. At times it's probably a cheaper option for a winery to offload stock to vinomofo with error or export labelling (that wasn't sold overseas ) rather than have to pay for them to be relabelled and sell back to domestic retail

I think you are better off sticking to Barossa stuff, then mucking around with Yarra Valley or WA stuff.

anyone know whats that 2017 hunter semillon is?
Margan Hunter Valley Semillon, but label differs from their semillons listed online and available at CD. Haven't seen this particular labelling available elsewhere but it's a nice tasting semillon.

Could be an export label? Out of curiosity do you have a picture of it...if you have purchased it?

Probably just made for certain retailers, thanks.

Big fan of Woods Crampton but not a fan of wines made to fit a price, in my experience they rarely live up to the name.
