We took four. The deal lasted less than 45 minutes, obviously a mistake but one that was honoured.

Are you able to shed some light on what this amazing "deal" was / where it came up?

It was a Dan Murphy's Stocktake Sale boo boo. They accidently listed it as a case price rather than bottle price, and was fixed almost as soon as we purchased. I imagine it might not have been honoured if lots of people had purchased.

Out of curiosity what is the wine?
I suppose those that are lucky have their once in their lifetime "Alan Bond moment". Never to be repeated.

Kemeny's is a great independent retailer. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area of their one and only shop. I call in there about twice a year and leave with at least a trolley full of wine!

Now you know.
They have been around for ages. Well before Vinomofo and the other online businesses.
I used to collect and peruse their liquor magazines/leaflets.

I wouldn't give up hope yet. There's still stock available. The VIM deal link says that it's a available for just over another 2 days. So may appear more widely after that time.

I ordered 2 cases today.

My broker randomly called today and asked if there was anything he could help with. I decided to leave it for now but if it pops up later I may bite.

I wondered if that might be the case. He probably thinks Im nuts not asking about the MH then. I've asked him to watch out for good Cab Sav though.

Agree, one of the best (and biggest) independents, not a great online presence though.

Actually I'm not so sure about the methods. I got a random call today which I let go to voicemail, naturally from my long lost broker.
Since this thread is the second hit (after the 'Fo themselves) on Google typing in "Vinomofo Secret Deal" I suspect the walls have ears and eyes

I'm inclined to agree, given mine didn't offer me anything specific...
