Haven't tried the 2014 Chalambar but have drunk many vintages of this over the years:cool:. I wouldn't hesitate if the price is right. IIRC cellardoor.co had this slightly cheaper than VM recently.

I was on the road when I posted earlier....now at home, putting my query into this forums top rhs letter box. I got last Novembers 2014 offering of the same, and some diatribe from also. This is made from their mates's grapes and although it may be allright, I will pass due to uncertainty. Well done s, katy !
 
Confirmed. I'd post some tasting notes but I've been struck with the man-flu. Looking forward to it tho - love the offerings from that part of the peninsula

Not that great of a deal. Cheaper at Grays. I'd better not post links or the mods will get their panties in a bunch again.

Edit: Just realised it's not the same, VM is for the 2012 Shiraz blend, not the 2012 Cab Sauv.

Grays (VM have also offered both) have both the Adelaide Hills Cab Sauv and the Robe/Mt Benson Shiraz Cab. Just make sure you're looking at the right deal ☺

I had a Kangarilla rd Sangiovese 2012 back late November which I think came from a 'Fo black market reds pack. It was a stunning wine, left the alluvial fans 2013 Shiraz that I had in april well and truly in its wake. Kangarilas Devils whiskers thru the fo last year is a stunner as well.
