Velocity Website errors - Master List

Searching rewards OOL-AYQ is temperamental. Occasionally shows flights but no prices, sometimes business only.

I'm not sure if this is an error or if there's simply no rewards (or limited rewards on those flights)?

Noticed this on International Long Haul rewards redemptions too, no radio buttons at all like your top image. Elsewhere if it isn't available it still has the column but with "Sold Out" or something to that effect. Odd, could of sworn it was working yesterday but i get the feeling this is pretty up and down for the next little while.

"Any seat" shows the columns but not quite interested in 150k points for an economy seat somehow....
 
Anyone able to see a list of their previous flights, in the old velocity you were able to look at My Bookings and see your current bookings in a section at the top of the page, then all past bookings at the bottom. It was a handy way to get to past flights.

I have no problems viewing past flights by the "View all Activities" link on the summary page.
 
Does Passbook on iPhone work at the moment? I have a flight on Friday evening and wanted to test this out.
 
I can view my upcoming Virgin flights correctly!

Not sure why I need to re-log in when I was already logged in though :(
 
As I knew my Velocity number hadn't been recorded when I booked last week I logged in then pasted in my booking number and passenger name. It gave me how much I'd paid for the ticket and it had a difference booking number. When I tried to "Update passenger details" to put my Velocity number on the booking it said "Your booking cannot be modified online. Please contact us for more information.#00647"
I was already logged in but there was a log in box on the page so I logged in again there and still got no better result.

Because they are a FAILing FAILure of a FAILed airline i'd assume.

Lovestotravel seems to be warming to VA as the descriptions recently have just been failure rather than epic failure. :mrgreen:

You also have to admit, failure has only been alleged when failures have occurred. Perhaps if VA did their own beta testing rather than expecting their clients to do it for them, lovestotravel may actually have no need to use the F word at all! ;)

Warks I had the same problem trying to add my Velocity number. However when I went to checkin online it let me add my FF number and select my seats. I can't print my boarding passes but at least I'm now seated at the front of the plane!

It took me about 5-6 minutes today to fix a booking problem that I should have seen weeks ago. ie the phone service can still work quite well.

Umm nope. I have email itineries for that. Could we do that previously? I never noticed.
 
No sure if this is an error but I've been comp'd Gold for the 3rd time running after attaining only 60SCs for the year!
 
Seats can't be changed online if the flight was booked before the 14th. In saying that though, I've made a reward booking yesterday, can see booking fine etc, but there is no where to change seat selection etc.
 
It's small fries, but I was told a while ago that the new system would facilitate more titles (i.e. Dr, Prof etc), but this doesn't appear to have happened. Not a big issue, and a bit wanky to bring it up I know, but the Velocity card is inconsistent with everything else in my wallet (and I was hoping my new one sent next month would have the proper details).
 
MrsF is missing her upgrade credits....
And isn't happy about that.

I can log in, and check the bookings, and even get to the page with seat selection for check-in. But the seat map freezes, and doesn't actually allow me to choose anything (i.e. no interactivity). Happens on all work, home and lounge computers I've tried.
