We can see that there is quite a number of issues with the Velocity site ATM, ie status credits being reset to zero, bookings not showing up etc etc....
Just wondering if it is worth having one central post to log them and give the good folk at Velocity IT/Sabre a hand to make sure they are getting an idea of what we are seeing?

My (Thurs) Mel -Syd flight has posted with zero points, bonus & status credits. The flight no. doesn't have a prefix, no DJ or VA. Am sure they'll fix, but for the first time in aaaages I've kept my boarding passes!

Clicking "my bookings" within Velocity's website reveals this error:

"Oops, fatal server error. Contact administrator please or just take it easy."

URL has my browser attempting to get out to a sabre hosted URL with a "username=" my velocity number.

Same here

"Oops, fatal server error. Contact administrator please or just take it easy."

Keep getting this one.

Also SCs since last reassessment date reset to zero like everyone else.

I think SC total is correct though.

When doing a international search in premium class, business fares show up first on the left hand side and premium fares are to the right of them, instead of cheapest to most expensive fares going from left to right.
When doing a search in business class, premium fares show up first, then business fares to the right of them, as you'd expect.

I'm trying to check out long haul rewards bookings (MEL-LAX) - I thought I might have a play with the points/$ slider. When I get to the Passenger details page I hit continue but keep getting Information Needed

Please check the information entered below.
I can't get past that point. All the required boxes look correct to me. Anyone else having this issue?

I'v been having the same problem this morning trying to make a points booking MEL-SYD for myself and my partner. I get the same error no matter what information I put in and cannot get to the next page.

I'm experiencing the exact same error.

I got told by a Velocity support person that it is because our Velocity profile is still in the old system and hasn't been migrated to Sabre. Apparently they're migrating batches of users to the new system.

I talked to him yesterday around noon and he said try later in the afternoon but still no luck.

Anyone able to see a list of their previous flights, in the old velocity you were able to look at My Bookings and see your current bookings in a section at the top of the page, then all past bookings at the bottom. It was a handy way to get to past flights.

I had the same issue - it seemed to be linked to how your number is entered in your velocity profile.

I'm still having the same issue regardless of how you enter the velocity number... I've tried copy/paste, entering it manually, etc.

Same result, can't get past the screen.

Sorry, I meant phone/mobile number. It started working for me after I edited my mobile number... no idea why.

Not sure if this helps, but I find if I use the main Velocity home page and click the redeem flights tab, it works, but if I need to go back to the search page (during a dummy booking) a different page appears which give the dreaded Information Needed response. The downside is that in doing so, you need to re-enter your Velocity number (if you were signed in) but once you've done that once, you don't need to keep doing it. Seems there are different log-in portals which don't recognise each other but do recognise themselves (if that makes any kind of sense at all).

Also, the different page displayed when backtracking via clicking the search tab during a dummy booking, displays OOL as Coolangatta whereas most other pages displays it as Gold Coast.

Searching rewards OOL-AYQ is temperamental. Occasionally shows flights but no prices, sometimes business only.

I'm not sure if this is an error or if there's simply no rewards (or limited rewards on those flights)?

I am getting different points balance on Velocity and Virgin sites...

Thanks for the tip, but still no luck. I can get through when it is a regular $ booking, but not when it is a points booking (logged in in both cases)...

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I assumed this would be the case and took copies of all mine last week.
