My VA ticket issued yesterday didn't have my loyalty status - just my Velocity number. When I called up they said something had broken over the weekend.

Not sure if this is related to today's outage though.

I just changed family pooling. You can now pool just points. Or. Points plus status credits. Was it like this before?

I did notice on my sectors this week using OLCI I had a limited selection of seats further down the back with seats blocked that I knew weren't occupied. I am WP travelling on savers so maybe they changed that to be in accordance with your ticket rather than status? When I got to the airport they moved me up to the front anyway.

Similar - SYD-ADL yesterday was allocated 7D, double checked online, all blocked, then at check-in in lounge got 4D. On a saver. Was happy though, row 3 had middle seats occupied; 4 and back didn't.
