Asia to North America to Europe to Australia back to Asia

My concern is that by travelling Europe to Australia, you cross back through Asia.

I know there is the provision:

Only one intercontinental departure and one international arrival permitted in each continent except as follows:

Two permitted in Asia when one is a transfer without stopover or on direct single plane service between the southwest pacific and Europe
But not sure this applies when travel starts in Asia.

Is it ok?

So long as you do not stop-over in Asia between Europe and SWP there is no problem.

Not a problem, my DONE4 starting/finishing in CMB went like this:

ASIA (part 1): CMB-HKG-NRT-HKG

TC1: HKG-AKL

SWP: AKL-MEL-PER-CNS-MEL (No longer valid, AKL-MEL,CBR-PER-CNS-MEL is OK)

TC2: SYD-LHR

EUR: LHR-DXB-LHR

TC3: LHR-LAX

N/A: LAX_DFW-SEA-DFW-ANC-DFW-JFK

TC4: JFK-HKG

ASIA (part 2): HKG-CMB

Just out of interest - I assume that t DFW-ANC-DFW was a mileage run - how did that work out? Pleasnat flights - easy connections? Much down time at ANC? I am thinking of adding a DFW-ANC-DFW trip to my next DONE4 as well as another LHR-BGI-JFK trip but was concerned about ANC connections.

Most ANC flights are overnight, with short layover if doing turnaround. Surprising how many pax (at least in first) are doing the turnaround :D

I actually spent two night there; mid June - Hight of tourist season; stayed at Hampton Inn the first night for AUD$300  , Hilton the second night on HHonors points (saving ~AUD460) .

The Flight leaves DFW in mid afternoon, arriving at ANC early evening; does a turn around then red-eyes it back to DFW arriving early morning.

Standard AA 757 seats ... skybeds they ain't!
