Virgin Australia - Approval

I was amazed to hear from Virgin Australia, who responded to my post and took it one step further and invited to fly myself and my family to their head office to discuss seating options

..... Virgin Australia for their approval of seating devices for infants and children with a disability.

Nice to see some progression for families who travel with kids with special needs - anything to keep the kids safe, comfortable and treated with respect is a win.

Congrats to Virgin Australia - impressive response to the interaction with the family.

Congrats to the family for following it through too which now benefits many.

I was really impressed with the writer/mum. Not rant but a polite, clear, engaging blog about her experience and using it to educate a corporation.

When you have a kid with special needs, every little thing can sometimes be a battle but she advocated in such a way, she's changed the airline industry for future generations to benefit from. Wow when you think of it that way.

This is brilliant. Thanks for posting.
