Fellow AFF's, I am having some difficulty with QF (unusal I know), and I just need some other opinions to know if I am interpreting the rules correctly.
I am currnely on a DAS13 Circle ASia fare SYD-HKG-TPE-NRT-MEL-BNE-SYD. I am currently in TPE, on my way to NRT and MEL tonight, and now need to change my plans and get to Coffs Harbour rather urgently (family matters)
I have called QF with the proposed change of SYD-HKG-TPE-NRT-MEL-SYD-CFS-SYD and first they said I cannot transit SYD, but I pointed out the rule that states I can, now they are saying that they are not sure CFS is a permitted destination on this fare and if it is, I must terminate in CFS due to transiting my point of origin. There is nowhere on the published OW fare rules that mention these (that I can see).
Is there something I am missing? Your opinions/experience is appreciated
