Correct me if I'm wrong, but linking two separate PNR's (i.e creating a TCP) doesn't merge the PNR's into one.
My experience with a TCP (it is going back a while though) is that the seat selection together gets created much closer to the flight (I.e at the theoretical seat allocation near OLCI).
What does TCP mean?
PartnerJohnM and I have separate bookings PER-SYD later in the year. I phoned and asked them to be linked.
I've selected my seat as far forward as allowed for WP (2A) but it hasn't dragged PJM with me and because she's PS, I can't move her to 2B. 2B shows as vacant on the seat map, so what is to stop another WP selecting that and killing off the ability of the system close to time to place her in 2B?
Should I phone and ask for her to be allocated 2B?
