Will this be repairable on site? Or contract to AVV?

Or do we think UA will do a temporary repair at Mel/AVV and ferry it back to SFO (as EK did with their A340 back to dxb)?

Aircraft has been towed to John Holland so my thoughts the work will be conducted there, I am lead to believe that a Boeing AOG team has been dispatched.

Yes it conjures up images of that scene from Flying High of the nose of the aircraft crashing through the terminal window approaching the gate.

Much prefered the scene of hostie going down on blow-up pilot
