Trouble with award booking

I'm trying to book a one way award booking for 2 from PER to SIN as per the schedule below. I see all the flight choices but once I select any of them and click continue the green flight no longer available message comes up. Both segments are within the 331 day ahead. Any ideas what might be happening?

Phantom award space?

Edit: after looking in the other AA question thread, it may not be midnight Dallas time yet - hence unavailable for booking (on my end, your post was at 2:13pm AEST - currently it ticks over to midnight in Dallas at 3pm AEST).
