Just wondering if anyone has put in a claim on insurance when their flight has been delayed?
We were in QF12 that was delayed 24 hours due to numerous issues
JFK departure was many hours delayed, arrived in LAX about 3.30am...finally got a room at 9.30 am and flew out eventually that evening
Only additional cost for us was the dog had an extra night at boarding
About to lodge feedback with Qantas as per their request via email
However just wondering choices, if any ,
Both of us have comprehensive insurance albeit with two different companies due to pre existing conditions.
