Travel agent gone AWOL

I'm sitting in a small Czech town called Zbraslav (jumped off a train randomly about 30 mins from Prague). Having a flask of vodka in the town square reading this and have to say I'm very intrigued.

OP, was there any disagreement with the TA before he stopped responding to you? Any heated words or dispute that may have led to a "I'm not serving you" approach?

Regardless I still find it very strange this agent has absolutely no online presence and the op doesn't even have an eticket receipt.

Yes, is registered and showing as valid
This is one of those decisions you make balancing the cost of your anxiety regarding the unsettlling ambiguity of what is happening, need for certainty to cancel the ticket due to your needs & fear of losing money v choices such as chargeback (even if you are blacklisted from Qantas).
Having read all that has occurred (rather not occured on the part of the TA), I would do the latter as service not delivered. It can be all explained to your CC provider who will force a response from TA

My 2c worth

Issue is that Qantas is the merchant so it'll be Qantas responding

Calling Qantas again and asking what support they can provide before you resort to a chargeback might get you escalated to someone that can actually help though. Does the card insurance have any cover for failure of a TA? Some do, might also be worth checking there as again, might be enough leverage to get Qantas to help.

Their response has been take it up with the travel agent.
OP said the booking fee went to TA and remainder to Qantas…so still a case with agent for the chargeback
Were you given a link to pay CC from agent (for all the costs) or were you given two separate links - one to TA and one to merchant.
Either way I would call Consumer Affairs for advice
PS 30k is worth the cost of getting black-banned but YMMV
