A lot of it seems to be based on non English backgrounds, where they need to ensure the people actually know what they are letting themselves in for. Looks interesting. Ms FM was pretty happy with her builder. They liked one of the designs and used it as a base and then they talked to them about what they wanted and then they drew up the plans. First iteration wasn’t right, but they had something to work with then and they could change it all around to what they were happy with. I think the first iteration had the dogs going through the pantry to get to the dog door - seriously beagles in the pantry! They were able to pretty much change everything - they do custom designs as well, so nothing was rigid.
Easier to go walk through the display home with a copy of the plans and a tape measure.
That looks interesting. It would be especially useful if they could make changes to the plans 'while you wait'?
