I noticed in September 2021 that Qantas carrier charges on some routes were higher than they should have been and have been working with Qantas since then to get it resolved. Qantas did fix this shortly after I contacted them, and they have now completed an audit and started contacting affected customers who were overcharged. It was due to the carrier charges being filed in USD instead of AUD on certain routes.
