Yes medhead that is the one.
Car theft has certainly changed a bit over the years. I was always impressed with the Ford Falcon model that would start with the oil dipstick as a key quite a few years ago.

We had a 1970s Toyota Corona for a few years, the key could be removed from the ignition while the car was running. An oil dipstick would probably work as well. Not really a problem, that was also the car that wouldn't start most of the time; I perfected solo, reverse roll starts in that car. Can't remember how many times I'd drive into the driveway, turn off the key and then think reverse in!

To see a great artist once is a life blessing.

To see a great artist twice is a true gift. To have the opportunity to share a drink for a great artist twice is just beyond words.

I'm so lucky to be alive in 2016

By the way, that's two unannounced gigs in a short period by a man who's sold more records than most.

He just shows up, texts a very small audience and plays.

Amazing!!!

Music is always best live!!!

The Adelaide Crows made a mad dash to the airport (PER) after their game against Freo. They game finished at 5:16pm and the flight left at 6:10pm.

The game, which started at 2:40pm, was expected to finish at approximately 5:10pm, giving us exactly one hour to complete all our post-match duties (which are usually stretched out over a couple of hours) and make the 20-odd kilometre bus trip from the ground and be at the flight gate.
Some members of the Perth media, who were forewarned Senior Coach Don Pyke was set to deliver one of the shortest post-match press conferences in AFL history, said it couldn’t be done.

We had a car accident in the UK some years ago (not our fault and luckily no injuries) and were driven back to our cottage by a couple of Devon police who were coming in to get our statements. They had to reverse the police car into the drive up a slight hill as it was dodgy to start. And yes, when they finished they had to roll the car down the hill to start the engine :)

OK, disclosure here, I'm a big fan of the ABC.

But tonight I came home after having had a few drinks with friends, put the ABC on and there was Wil Anderson pulling the same faces and telling the same jokes on Gruen that he was up to five years ago. With all due respect to his art, I've always found him to be as funny as a fart in a lift but lacking the class.

Anyone here able to convince me that Gruen is still relevant, or that Anderson is worth a salary? Thanks in advance :)

All ABC. Comedy ( or at least the shows that are billed as comic) are pretty pathetic. To the old Gruen gags and format add the 'Chaser Boys' with the same tired uni review type jokes and slapstick.

Gruen has been ok, but tonight's show was less engaging having too much opinion/social commentary as distinct from the dissection of advertising campaigns, slogans etc.
