Anyone know any pub in Brisbane that will play tonights AFL Game.

Top of the table clash, Western Bulldogs vs North Melbourne and a friend is over from the west for a couple of weeks.

So how would you abbreviate breakfasts?

Breakys? Brekkys? Brekkies? Breaky just does not look right to me - I have removed the apostrophe to keep the pedantic happy.

Eyes sore. Get eye check-up and there has been a 0.25 change. "You need new script!". Get new glasses. Eyes still sore. Arrggghhhh.

The moral of the story is I could have waited until December and got a pair of glasses end December and another pair beginning of January and paid only $20 instead if $220. And now need to deal with sore eyes anyway.

Brekky seems to be the accepted colloquial abbreviation, so that the plural is probably Brekkies. Glad that you removed the apostrophe. Fast food outlets seem to be the worst offenders with a penchant to insert an apostrophe before an"s".

Do you have dry eyes? That is one of my 'symptoms' at the moment leading to lupus (not saying you have lupus but I KNOW how awful dry eyes are). MrP is always telling me to stop rubbing them, I know I must but they are killing.....

Think I have dry eyes. Should try using Systane.

Personally I would go for "Big Brekky"

But for the pedantic the ' is correct. The Fried egg, bacon, chorizo, and etc. are all owned/possessed by the "Big Breaky".
