I'll take Perth.

It's hotter than Brisbane, but at least it's much drier!

Brisbane is like a basting oven until the odd sudden downpour. Sheesh, sounds almost like a line out of Oven Roasting 101.

Make sure you get some rest before you fly again, or that hangover will really kick you in the head. You may also need/want to hold off on the champas (unless your theory of curing a hangover holds).

I arrived at work this morning to the following forecast:

Wind squalls in excess of 55kn in the next 12 hours.

A Gale warning is current for Victorian waters between Wilsons Promontory and 60nm east of Gabo Island.

S/SW winds of 35 to 45 knots forecast with gusts possible to 60 knots. Winds gradually easing later.

This should make for an interesting :)rolleyes:) day :!:

Top of 24 and fine in Sydney today - the view from the Hyde Park Starbucks is glorious!

Well, it's very rainy here in SIN.... looks like the day will stay cloudy and overcast. Oh well... one more hit at the shops and then time to make my way home.
