The definitive thread on Qantas IT gripes

Anyone else having issues with Qantas Well-being app today not syncing?
Last sync for Android and IPhone in this house was 7.40am
Working for me and we just crossed the IDL - so reliving 25Apr for another day. I actually thought it would have a conniption but soldiered on.
 
I log in to Qantas market place using a passkey. Then when you checkout they still need to send me a sms as 2FA. I feel they don't understand passkeys if they're doing this 🤔🤦
 
I haven't been able to sync steps since the changes to Google Fit. I've tried Health Connect, Samsung Health and also deleted the App and reloaded; all to no avail. Not sure what to try next as I don't like missing out on my 1.2 points per day!

Though I did get my 1.8 points for steps but dipped out on 0.5 point for sleep (Samsung)
Mr Flyfrequently (iPhone) didn't get his for steps - go figure.
I got my 0.5 pt for sleep but missed 2.1 pts for steps yesterday and will miss again today if I can't update as will only do about 10k steps. I use iPhone.

Anyone else having issues with Qantas Well-being app today not syncing?
Last sync for Android and IPhone in this house was 7.40am
Myself & +1 also experiencing issues with the wellbeing app not syncing for two nights in a row.
This morning deleted and reinstalled the app - and now the re-installation is not working.
The qantas will being app has historically been rife with tech glitches for years, and really needs a complete rebuild.
 
Haven't been able to change goals on my Wellbeing app for a couple of days. Luckily, the last goal I set was very low, so I'm not completely missing out !

No need to explore the ship - I knew it well, so I just chilled on the pool deck, admiring the view. Valetta harbour is beautiful.

Confused as to how this is QF gripe. Me thinks you posted on the wrong thread.
