Loyalty SC & PC Bonus Points received overnight.

Did the loyalty SC count towards lifetime status as suggested that may happen in the other thread (despite QF saying it won't on the webpage)?

No, I don’t believe it did. I’m between LTG & LTP (a long way off), but don’t notice any change after my 150 SCs were added

Got my 150SC appearing in the activity statement history, it hasnt count yet to my yearly status, multiple refresh, tried mobile app and web app, been 10 minutes. Obviously no movement in lifetime neither. Need to wait until someone restart the service doing the maths.

Got my 150SC and 5000 FF points today. I note on my activity statement that it flags the loyalty bonus as being applied today, but with an "activity date" (for want of a better way to phrase it) of Sep 1st.

Mine just posted. No change to SCs needed for LTP*…, nor LB attainment but 2500 more points towards retaining PC.

*there is some jiggery-pokery in the numbers for ”Already earned”, “Earned this year” to cancel out the gift SCs.

I've just worked out my PC 2500 points, while showing in my activity statement, haven't been added to my points balance.

I have an email with QF with my points balance for a Fathers Day promo, and I can confirm that it's not possible for my QF points balance to be correct. Checked both app and desktop website.

I received mine this morning too, points and SC posted, but they haven’t added to the LT coughulative total. Looks like they didn’t roll that back.

Just an update it sounds like there is a bug, I phoned FF and my balance on their system is as it should be, but the website and app are showing me the pre-gift amount. We tried a few troubleshooting steps and multiple devices and sounds like it's a problem on their end.

Is it just the points? I have this for the SC. Not added to my year tally.

I have received the 2,500 points and 150 SC. Lifetime tally remains unchanged.

The points are not even enough to recoup the points spent on the charity donation for Green Tier and I already made enough bookings to retain WP, but nowhere near enough for 150SC to make going for P1 worth considering.

Edit : those SC's were for my flight on Sunday, so lifetime tally has not included the gift

Mine didn't show initially in the app, but refreshed with pull downs on both the 'Home' and 'My QFF' tabs of the app (iOS) and it added it on to the PC tally

That’s normal. Mine is a bug, because they did show but the balance was wrong. And the balance for SC was correct but not points.

Sounds like others have the same issue.
