Any ideas how QF do these bonus deals, my flights with QF have dried up in fact YTD 1 only .... and i would have thought their CRM would have picked this up and sent me a offer or something

Not confusing. They credited an extra 800 bonus points for the domestic sector.

Well then it should apply the same for the international then really. Glad to hear that those domestic flights were 1600 points, as I had hoped.

I am holding my breath waiting for Qantas to try and weasle their way out of this one.

Hey JohnK, when did your additional points credit, how long after the flight? I flew a couple of sectors on this deal over the weekend but no extra points yet. And, any developments on your missing points?

Mine was posted a day or 2 after the original postings. The missing points seem to be the norm though.

The normal points for both flights posted the day after.

The bonus points posted together. So 3 days after international flight and 2 days after domestic flight.

The silence is deafening.

I got the 50% SC bonus offer on 14/10. I had made booking KTA-SYD ret on 10/10. However plans changed and I rebooked over phone on 29/10 and received a new booking reference.
I did not get the 50% SC bonus for any of the flights even the new flights I made on 29/10. Have written to ff people...what do you think my chances are? To me a new booking ref means a new booking ..... therefore after the registration date.... and therefore eligible.

I'm wondering if the payment just shifted to the new booking that it won't count?

Still no call back from customer care regarding the incorrect bonus points posting.

What should be the next course of action?

Time to hit Twitter.
Thanks but I am not signing up for Twitter account just to make a complaint.

I must be the only one with this issue. Everyone has received their correct bonus points or they don't care if their bonus points are wrong.

Judging by recent posts it seems that's the most expedient way of resolving an issue. Which is unfortunate.

I stopped caring. Too much effort for not that many points.

I'm waiting to see if just standard points post for a cancelled (by) Qantas flight that ended up on a JQ sector, post, let alone the bonus credits. Taken over a week to "be considered".

I don't "do" Twitter and if that's the only way to get resolutions from companies then that's just - pathetic.

I suggest you contact Red Roo by PM.
Red Roo had been in touch. Someone from Qantas has followed up.

Bonus points are now posting automatically.

Have SYD-HKG return flights coming up end of this month and will be interesting to see if they post automatically. Need a few more points to open up a toaster shop.
