Chin Chin have confirmed that they can cater to dietary requirements with their set menus. They can swap out individual dishes or tailor menus as required.

I better op-up myself to Platinum, then.

I’m never in Sydney when these happen…

I’m waiting to confirm travel plans but at this stage it would be bronze for the 7th, silver for the 21st, and gold for the 28th.

The one I organised for November last year was at Long Chim, and whilst it was an enjoyable evening with great food, that restaurant has sadly closed. @WilsonM organised an event back in April at The Winery. So, this time we're doing Chin Chin (which had been a candidate for the last couple of events and had garnered interest at the time).
