Hi folks, just bumping this thread with an attendance status update. This is the current list as I best understand it. If I've got anyone under the wrong category, please let me know. The event is still open to anyone else interested to attend.

If we have a large enough group in attendance (i.e. minimum 12 people), I can try and organise one of their dedicated function spaces (e.g. Chii 3, Chef's Table, or Chii 2 depending on the group size).

We've got 14 confirmed attendees, with a further 8 aiming to attend. The good news is that as it stands, we're right on the max limit for Chin-Chin's smaller private spaces (i.e. 14-16 attendees) and if we have more attendees, I'll likely need to try to book one of their larger spaces.

I'm aiming to make the booking with the venue pre-Christmas to try and secure an appropriate space so would appreciate if people keep that in mind when confirming their ability - or lack thereof - to attend. We're still a bit too far out for me to initiate a hard deadline just yet for confirmations, but please just note that we are at that point where numbers will make a difference as to the private area being booked.

Hi folks, further updates regarding this event -:

Booking:

• 21st February 2026 from 18:00-20:30
• Booking is under the name "Australian Frequent Flyer"

Note: I've booked for 26 people to cover all currently known Platinums and Golds (as it's easier to reduce numbers than secure more seating). I was unable to secure one of the private/function spaces as they were already fully booked for the evening, however the restaurant has confirmed they can put our group together (across multiple tables and/or booths) in the same part of the main restaurant dining area.

Food & Drink:

• We need to select one of the "Feed Me" set menu options. See attached sample menu. I'm guessing that either The Classics or Chef's Banquet options will be most appropriate.
• Beverages may be ordered to a consumption bar tab per table, or we can opt in to a set 2.5hr beverage package (see sample menu linked above). Non-drinkers may be exempt from the beverage package and the per person cost for this and may order non-alcoholic beverages to a separate bar tab. Spirits and coughtails may be ordered to a group bar tab in addition to the beverage package if desired - individual prices apply.

Note: A 10% food and beverage "service charge" will apply to the total bill on the night.

Dietary Requirements: Chin Chin is happy to assist with appropriate meals for guests with food allergies. The kitchen takes all reasonable precautions to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction for guests with food allergies. However, the risk of contamination for foods containing ingredients including but not limited to milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, and peanuts means they cannot guarantee total absence of these ingredients.

What I Need From You...

1. Please reply to this thread with your preferred "Feed Me" menu option. I'm assuming either The Classics or Chef's Banquet will suit most people.
2. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please be sure to let me know so that I can communicate it to the restaurant.
3. If you are currently Gold or Silver, please advise at the earliest opportunity whether or not you will be able to attend so that I can set the final numbers accordingly. Similarly, if you haven't previously indicated a status and wish to attend, please let me know.

Final Numbers / Cancellations: I will require final attendance numbers confirmed by Monday 16th February at the latest. If you are currently listed as Platinum or Gold and are unable to attend for any reason, please be sure to let me know by then otherwise it will be assumed that you have agreed to attend. Cancellations after this time will incur costs of $50pp.
