That's something unique , what does Pagliuca mean ?
LMGTFY
Pagliuca is a name for a person who frequently wore a straw hat or who had straw colored hair. The name Paglia is derived from the Italian word paglia, which means straw.

SueGrabbitAndRunn - good as name as any.

Continuing on that theme, (i.e being screwed over by private equity), why not the following?

MYER. With the logo MY AIRLINE.

Perhaps call it: 'V'. The shortened version of the name VIRGIN and VELOCITY. It would save on printing costs and livery paint to penny pinch even further. It is a well recognised name already with a recognisable symbol.

How about LAZARUS -
1/ as in risen from the dead and
2/ as a doctor - the Laraus effect when performing CPR and heart activity suddenly returns from a clinically dead patient
