I can't see if this has been covered so sorry if it has already. I received an invitation to do a survey for QF today and was lured by the chance to win a lousy 25K points- hardly worth it really especially when the survey turned out to be a total PITA and I quit before finishing.
It started with the usual question about "how likely you are to recommend QFF to someone else" which I've done many times before. However then it went on to spruik for the proposed travel card tied to the QFF card. I was okay with the survey until it came to selecting one of four or five 'hypothetical' cards. There's a list of all the features in fine print and you select one and then say whether you'd want it now. I thought there might be the one page but then there was another, then another, then another, then another with the features of each card changing so slightly each time. Well I noticed my progress was creeping along at 1-2% per page and I really wasn't reading the fine print any more so I just exited the survey. Really QF - you can't say "ten minutes" and then expect to take 30-40 minutes of my time - that's what it would have taken if I really read all the fine print on each page. The results of this survey will be somewhat meaningless I think.
Okay I didn't have to do it but I was happy to help until they starting taking the mickey.
Anyone else do this? There's probably a whole thread I've missed.
