I have contacted Virgin 4 times about this, I got my SC and points for my return leg for myself and my kids but haven't got any points or SC for our outgoing flights which were taken in November 2022.

Anyone know how I can get this to happen?
I don't understand how they can give them for one leg and not the other when both booked on same ticket (return journey)
Flights were with United and booked via the Virgin Website for Sydney - Los Angeles.

It took filling out forms etc for them to give me the return leg SC and points and I've done the exact same thing for the outgoing flight but still nothing.

I had a similar situation with an Air Canada flight. I had a one way journey which consisted of 2 flights. They gave me points and SCs for the first one but not the second even though it was on the one booking. Took months to sort it out.

Velocity seem to have really poor prodedures for missing points claims with their partner airlines.

Apparently due to a system upgrade, the credit of partner airlines is super slow until the upgrade issue is resolved.
