Hi. I would like to know if there is a club you can join like the Priority Club
but that gives you access to the AirNZ or Star Alliance Clubs. We don't travel that often but with two kids I am happy to pay to get into the clubs whilst waiting around the airport. Any help appreciated.

I believe you can purchase membership of United Airlines Red Carpet club at US $500 member, US $850 member + spouse. This gives you reciprocal rights in Star Alliance lounges.

thanks for that. The united one looks interesting. The priority club also gives you all the united lounges but not the reciprical rights to Star Alliance clubs. Would the united spouse membership include children ?? It would make it alot easier if there was one that covered all Star Alliance.

The United spouse membership would include you, your spouse and 1 guest each. So two adults, two children if you like. If you had a mean lounge dragon, ;) they might say no if you had extra children, (more than 2) but generally they turn a blind eye for families.
