Special meals in suites (LHR - SYD), any experience/ thoughts?

Hi all, my hubby and I are planning to use our KrisFlyer points to fly suites LHR-SYD April next year. Unfortunately I’ve special dietary requirements (low fat due to bad gallbladder), and thus need to book a special meal. I’ve had no problem in economy in the past, but just wondering what people’s experience is with special meals in first/ suites. I’d appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. I’ve had a look at book the cook, and it could be an option depending on what’s on offer, but I’m interested to hear from others who’ve been in similar situations. Thanks all!

Fred firstly welcome to AFF but more importantly welcome to the SQ R Club family.

You will not be able to view your on board meal til within a couple months of departure - once you can view it crawl through the menu and check suitability - you will also be able to view ALL options available via BTC - peruse these closely and check suitability - if still concerns send off an email to [email protected] and clearly outline your concerns - they will assist you if humanly possible.
