Well, there is a car for sale in the UK that I have always wanted, ever since seeing them run at the Thousand Lake Rally in Finland in 1976, (I still have the t-shirt). Anyway, I can afford it, it can come here in a container with a friends bits and pieces in a year. I have somewhere in the UK to store it as well.

I have even been to the old factory, bit sad, isn't it? It's now a museum.
Question is, do I buy it? SWMBO says she doesn't care, but I have to find somewhere else to park my toys, so what do you all think? About 350cc of pure power....
Or maybe I should just buy the ex Cosworth F1 engine from a Benneton....... Just as well I don't live in the UK!

2019 Trabant 601 700cc Saloon Petrol Manual | eBay UK
Without doubt this car is a ‘hit’ with our technicians. They remained two-stroke and based on the family run-around model, but they were seriously modified and engineered for competition. It has been built to RS700 Race Spec and to an exemplary standard.
