Im about to take 4 domestic JQ flights this week, so I'm hoping the good strike rate for prompt posting of points and SC continues. Will report back. ;)
 
But you would be seeking that from Jetstar? Not sure Qantas would care....

True - I'd need to seek it through Jetstar. I retract my statement. I don't know as much as many of you do and so I keep assuming JQ/QF are the same company.

I'll be seeking a refund through Jetstar if the SC issue is not resolved within the next few weeks.

Did you make use of the other entitlements under the bundle, eg 20 kg checked baggage, standard seat selection, etc?

A refund for what exactly?
I would assume a refund for the value of goods/services not supplied as per the original contract? If you add a Max bundle to a flight with the intent of gaining Qantas points and you do not receive those points, the question does not appear difficult?

But why threaten Qantas with requesting a refund, when you haven't bought anything from them? Surely, you would seek a refund from whoever your contract was with. Surely that concept is not too difficult?

Hardly relevant. If you purchase a six seater table and chairs and it comes with six chairs but no table, would you be happy? Perhaps a table and six chairs with a leg missing from each?
If you use the 20 kg luggage allowance, relax in your chosen seat, you are still entitled to the points as per the bundle. Alternatively, perhaps they should refund the value of 10 kg luggage to those who only use 9 kg of their 20 kg allowance? I book Max bundles with 30 kg allowance, but travel with 27 kg. What's the value of 3 kg, if I were over by that amount? Hmmm...

Of course. Sorry, I assumed the threatened course of action would be directed towards Jetstar, with whom the original contract was with.
 
Only if it suits them. Otherwise they're discrete companies and have never heard of each other. ;)

Just reporting back, Wednesday I flew 2 domestic JQ sectors, both sectors have posted QFF points + SC within 48 hours. Very impressed.
 
On 10 APR I flew OOL-SYD-OOL on JQ (same day return).

On 12 APR I got my points and SC for the outbound flight but still waiting for the return flight to post!

So inconsistent!

I have had three recent (last month) domestic in NZ JQ flights credit like clockwork 2 days after flight landed.

Good to know. I'm doing a status run next weekend, would prefer the domestic credit before I leave overseas on the 9th for lounge access.
Will be very frustrated if they don't come through!
 
Pleasantly surprised. Flew 17th, posted 19th. Flew 23rd, posted 25th. I can honestly say that, for the first time in seven months, all my SC's are up to date.

Did you end up getting the return flights points? If so, how long did it take?
Eventually posted on 26 April, 16 days after the flight. I had submitted a missing points claim on 21 April, which I believe helped in getting the points to post because they sent me an email saying the claim was successful when the points posted.
 
Slow posting of points & status credits is back for me. JQ flight CNS/BNE taken 10 July did not post after one week. Submitted missing points claim, posted after 3 days. Now waiting on points for flight BNE/CNS 24 July.
Guessing they had a Club Jetstar discount which may be the hold up/glitch. Also had to remind flight attendants on both flights that I had a $10 credit as part of the bundle purchased.
