Singapore Transit Program - Am I eligible?

I have an upcoming SQ booking BNE-xSIN-MUC followed by MUC-SIN then a week later SIN-BNE. I've read the T&Cs and I'm confused as to whether I'm entitled to the vouchers. I suspect not, but was hoping the brains trust would be able to help me out.

I think under a previous version of the program yo might have been ok, but not now. The requirement to be in transit on both inbound and outbound is pretty clear. 'Transit' is defined as less than 24 hours. Changi Transit Privileges | Changi Airport Singapore

At least that's my reading. What was the bit you were thinking might be ambiguous?

It used to be less than 24hr in one direction at least but now it's both directions so you won't qualify

It does say that it doesn't matter but you must present both etickets

The confusing part being that I have done this before with a Singapore stopover on the way back and been eligible, but reading the T&Cs suggested this time I won't be. I suspect you're right @MEL_Traveller. Thanks for assistance team.
