Notice just issued, that in addition to prohibiting entry into Singapore, transit via Singapore will no longer be allowed - only exclusions for Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long Term pass holders.

SQ have been planning on maintaining daily services to Australia (SYD, PER, MEL), LHR and various places. I suspect they will be reduced, or eliminated now.

Tawian is doing the same thing from tomorrow.

I do wonder how this impacts QF1/2 and BA15/16. From a post in another thread, QF apparently advised that QF2 will continue to operate via SIN this week.

Does anyone have any idea about the impact on BA15/16? I am looking to fly SYD-FRA on the 1st of May and BA site will let me book. Price is very good compared to alternatives but don't want to have to rebook/refund/cancel knowing that I can't transit in SIN

1 May is too far away to be certain about anything. Entry/transit restrictions are changing on a daily basis at the moment.
