It seems there are three PP lounges in T3 as well as a Plaza Premium lounge, but the website lists this as closed. The three PP options are SATS premier, Marhaba and Ambassador transit lounge.

Any recommendations on the best one to visit or one to avoid? Will be there for a departure and not in need of a shower.

I've only been to the SATS lounge in T3 and it wasn't great... a bit tired. The other options both look nicer, do report back if you try them out.

Back during the COVID restart and MH were operating from T1, they were alternating monthly between the T1 Marhaba lounge and the SATS lounge.

The Marhaba was far better.

Went to the Marhaba and was a lovely lounge however the food option during breakfast time is quite bland (ate the only real food option they have (beef stewed rice and udon noodles) and headed directly to the SQ Gold lounge for more real food (laksa and dim sum mmm delish and all the other asian food goodness) instead of the Western breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown, toast...yawn) all lounges like to serve which I can easily get at any accomodation in the world and which I can readily make myself any time). Shame as SQ Gold lounge is just a lounge they put in place to serve star alliance members who aren't taking their flights and even that is more appealing. However Marhabara is on par if not better than the Plaza lounges in Australia.

I thought I updated this thread but obviously didn't.

When I was there ~10 days ago, the SATS lounge was closed for renovations. UK J pax are directed to the Ambassador transit lounge so I gave it a try.

Lounge was adequate. I was there late morning and didn't eat food. It didn't look overly special though but I've seen worse. Lounge wasn't busy and quiet. Looks onto the butterfly garden which was nice.

I wondered by the Marhaba on my way to the gate. I didn't land up going in as there was a queue of people to get in. I just poked my head in to get a sense of the space. It was much busier but has lots of lights and views across the apron. I didn't get a chance to look at the food offering.
