Hopefully my 1am U class flight on JL will suffice. :)
I will let you know, looking at the flight time and carrier I am on the same flight in Apr also U class. According to the article the QR lounge remains open until 2 am.

I guess I'll miss it (QR lounge) on this occasion, but I am flying through in J during March anyway, so will check things out then instead.

Keen to read about how this goes. We are flying out of SIN in December. On CX so will add their lounge in T4 as well (no EK for us though).

Visited 3 new (for me) lounges at SIN last night. QF F (ate there, food was pretty good, they had Taittinger brut and rose and one other champagne), BA 'The Bar' (formerly known as The Concorde Bar, and restricted to BA F pax and their guests, a separate bar within the BA lounge - I was guested, wine list nice, a bit dingy a space though), and the QR lounge - now this looks very nice and there was about a 3:1 ratio staff to guests, I don't think many people know it is open. Had a few (nice) wines there. Tad hard to find - don't take the escalators leading to QF J, BA, TG etc. but go even further down T1 past the C gates 'entrance' and take that escalator (also leads to EK lounge).

Well it looks like we won't be able to visit the QF F lounge any more :(

Qantas' view that only actual F passengers use that lounge is so short sighted :p

When I was in there last week it was packed, very busy! Nearly everywhere I've travelled has been busy in fact, in the airports at least.

Well QF1 QF2 via Perth will quieten that.

I haven’t caught up with the flights that would be cancelled etc but QF36 I’ve booked is still showing A380 old config.

I also see the flight back seems to be fine, it is getting there that may be problematic. I have not seen this many blocked seats in SQ before so am wondering if the flight is still going.

I don't think Qantas has finished loading all of the changes yet.

At this stage I am still planning on going to SIN for the crawl. Even without a QF F lounge. I am booked on BA and QR so haven't been affected by any of the flight changes (yet!).

I completely understand if attendees are having second thoughts, or if plans are changed outside your control.

But of course next week/month things could change again.

YIKES! I said I was Gold. But, I have really been Platinum for a few months now. Just didn’t mention it here...QF1 & QF2...Spiderman Senses maybe. I have no idea what I am today
